Rugged and Durable Material Construction
The outer shell of the HDPE float is made of high-quality medium-density polyethylene (MDPE) with excellent extrusion strength and toughness. This material can withstand large external forces and is suitable for harsh marine and river environments.
The interior is filled with high-strength, high-buoyancy polyurethane foam. This combination provides excellent buoyancy while maintaining structural integrity.
Superior durability
HDPE floats are extremely resistant to corrosion, weathering and biodegradation. They are not affected by seawater, chemicals, oils or aquatic life, ensuring a long service life. And their service life is about three times longer than traditional steel floats.
The material used is also UV-resistant, cold-resistant and heat-resistant, and can operate reliably in a wide range of climates and weather conditions from -60°C to 80°C.
