The upper part is wrapped with multiple independent hard foam floats, the lower part is a skirt, and the bottom part is a counterweight chain or counterweight block and other counterweights. It has high cost, long life, strong resistance to wind, wave and flow, and can withstand large tow tension, and is more common.

★Inflatable rubber oil fence: It is made of rubber nylon canvas with excellent oil resistance and seawater corrosion resistance using rubber vulcanization technology.
