Preventing backflow:

If the outlet pressure of the proportional mixer is greater than zero, the suction pipe should be equipped with measures to prevent water from flowing back into the foam liquid storage tank to avoid the foam liquid storage tank being connected to the pool due to misoperation and other reasons, causing the foam liquid or Backflow of water.

Parallel standby:

In order to prevent the ring pump proportioning mixer from being blocked by foreign matter or other failures affecting system safety, it is required to install a standby foam proportioning mixer in parallel.

Maintenance:

After each use, the inlet valve should be closed, the mixer and pipes should be rinsed with clean water, then the water inlet valve should be closed, and the adjustment handle should be moved to the "off" position. It is also necessary to frequently check whether the switches of the water inlet valve, liquid inlet valve and regulating valve are flexible to ensure that the sealing of the entire system is good and to prevent clogging by debris.
