Before and after each use, a comprehensive inspection of the weighing water bag should be carried out, including whether the appearance of the water bag is damaged, scratched, or leaking;
whether the sensor and its connecting lines are normal and whether they are loose or damaged;
whether the water filling and drainage valves are flexible and reliable , whether the closure is tight, etc. If problems are found, they should be repaired or replaced in time.
Cleaning and maintenance
Clean the water bag regularly to remove residual impurities, dirt and microorganisms inside to prevent corrosion and damage to the material of the water bag.
Neutral detergent and water can be used to rinse. After cleaning, the water bag should be dried or blown dry and stored properly. At the same time, sensors, valves and other components should also be cleaned and maintained to ensure their good performance.
Storage management
Water bags should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and cool indoor environment to avoid direct sunlight, high temperature, moisture, and chemical corrosion.
When storing, the water bag should be neatly folded or hung to avoid prolonged pressure or distortion.
Regularly inspect stored water bags to prevent aging, deterioration and other problems caused by long-term storage.
