EEBD Emergency Escape Breathing Device

EEBD Emergency Escape Breathing Device is a life saving appliance, its usage is to escape from dangerous situations, such as fire, smoke, toxic, gas etc.

EEBD Device can help wears quick escape from a contaminated environment, and it is a self-contained compressed air apparatus, will maintain a continuous supply of air.

The accommodation area has at least two EEBD Devices according to relative rules.

As with most other breathing apparatus onboard, EEBD come with an alarm, that indicates the depletion of available air at around 10~15 minutes of usage time.

Please note that the EEBD Breathing Device is NOT a fire fighting equipment, and it is ONLY  a device to to help individuals evacuate immediately. It should never be used to fight fire under any circumstances.
