Factors affecting freshwater production of plate fresh water generator

The amount of water produced by the water generator mainly depends on the amount of heat transferred from the heated water to the seawater.

The heat exchange surface is dirty and fouled, which reduces the heat transfer coefficient of the evaporator;

"Air lock" occurs on the heating side, the gas inside will affect the flow of the heating medium and hinder heat exchange;

The water level of the evaporator is too low, which reduces the actual heat exchange area between the heated water and the heated seawater;

Insufficient vacuum;

The heating water flow is insufficient or the temperature is too low;

Increase in water supply or decrease in water temperature;

The condensate return solenoid valve is not closed tightly.
